Christmas and New Year Opening Hours

Our website will stay open for business 24 hours a day every day of the holiday season! But we are going to be allowing our incredibly hardworking customer service, order-fulfilment and stock teams a few days off over Christmas and the New Year. Here are some details:

Please note our postage partners Royal Mail & FedEx are also closed for some of the holiday period including the bank holidays. Therefore please be aware that delivery times may be extended.

Friday 22nd December - Our Customer Service department will be open as usual between 4.00am to 12.00pm EST. Orders will be processed as usual.

Saturday 23th December - Our Customer Service department will be open between 4.00am to 12.00pm EST. Orders will be processed as usual but will not be picked up by our delivery partners until Wednesday 27th December.

Sunday 24th December - closed. No orders or customers queries will be processed on this day.

Monday 25th December - closed. No orders or customers queries will be processed on this day.

Tuesday 26th December - closed. No orders or customers queries will be processed on this day.

Wednesday 27th December - Our Customer Service department will be open as usual between 4.00am to 12.00pm EST. Orders will be processed as usual.

Thursday 28th December - Our Customer Service department will be open as usual between 4.00am to 12.00pm EST. Orders will be processed as usual.

Friday 29th December - Our Customer Service department will be open as usual between4.00am to 12.00pm EST. Orders will be processed as usual.

Saturday 30th December - Our Customer Service department will be open as usual between 4.00am to 12.00pm EST. Orders will be processed as usual but will not be picked up by our delivery partners until Tuesday 2nd January.

Sunday 31st December -Our Customer Service department will be closed and no customer queries will be processed on this day. Orders will be processed as usual but will not be picked up by our delivery partners until Tuesday 2nd January.

Monday 1st January - closed. No orders or customers queries will be processed on this day.

Tuesday 2nd January - Normal service resumes. Orders will be dispatched as usual. Phonecalls and emails will be answered 4.00am to 12.00pm EST Monday – Saturday
