Wrendale ‘Oops a Daisy’ Mouse Tea Pot from Royal Worcester

This stunning teapot from Royal Worcester is part of the Portmeirion Wrendale Collection and is made from fine bone china. It is decorated with the adorable ‘Oops a Daisy’ design; an adorable field mouse who is attempting to clamber up and nibble on the stems of daisy flowers, surrounded by ladybirds. The delicate design is depicted in intricate detail with pastel shades of pink on the flowers and red for the ladybirds, whilst the mouse is painted in soft shades of brown and the complete image is surrounded by Wrendale’s trademark paint speckling.

The teapot holds 2 pints of liquid perfect for four cups and is easy to pour thanks to the curved, comfortable handle and the smooth spout. It has a removable lid that sits in the top and the speckled design continues on the handle tying in with the design on the main body.

The perfect gift for anyone who loves tea or who likes to entertain, this lovely teapot would make a wonderful birthday, Christmas or Mother’s Day gift for friends and family.

This delightful range of stationery and accessories is inspired by the animal characters seen in the British countryside, farmyard and home, as well as more exotic creatures. Featuring original artwork produced by Hannah Dale, each image is delicately painted with soft brushwork, subtle colours and paint spatters. Hannah is an ex-stockbroker turned farmer’s wife who, inspired by her rural married life, embraced her artistic roots and began painting the animals in the landscape around her. Since then Wrendale Designs has expanded into a family business, producing a wide range of greetings cards, ceramic, melamine and textile items, all featuring artwork touched with the magic of Hannah’s watercolour brush.

Depending on the reason, you may be asked to send the item back to us.
